At 16 years old, Fabiana Romain runs her own podcast called "Mind Uncovered", in which she explores how daily life situations affect the mind, brain, and mental health. As teens, we all go through different struggles, but they're not always easy to battle on our own, whether it's about societal pressures and expectations or issues with mental health.
